The future airport that is Frankfurt, in Germany. Supermod lights and all metal ultra designed chairs. Europe of today, its public buildings are like the future designs of science fiction fantasies. But in the midsts of a surreal, hyper modern landscape is a small bar serving tall beers made by medievil founded companies and traditional soups.
Somehow the humanity survives. Could Project X find the humanity in the sterile science, the way europe moves into the future, as humane as ever?

If people are posting with the "project X" login, can they sign names so we know who is posting what? (getting a google sign-in is oh so easy...)
I'm assuming that's Jonathan... I know he was having trouble viewing the blog earlier (all the instructions about how to get to the blog, start your google acct, etc. were in Polish!) so until he gets back he & Jeb might not be able to. I'll tell him to sign his name to his posts though, when I talk to him...
That reminds me of the airport in Copenhagen: sleek, wood floors which were simultaneously uber-modern and old fashioned-looking. Also they had a 7-11 in the airport, the most expensive 7-11 ever. English-language magazines were $12, and you could get a latte for $5 or a fancy-looking donut for $3. It was such a strange convergence. You would never see a 7-11 in an American airport -- why the hell was there a yuppie 7-11 in Copenhagen?
